Thank You (go ahead, say it)

It's common courtesy, of course, but it's so much more than that. Saying "thank you," or -- even more revealing -- not saying "thank you," shows not only your attitude but also your basic persona.
And if two tiny words reveal sincerity, sensitivity, awareness, manners, and an overall approach to life, think what the failure to use them says about you.
Like most things that are meaningful, part of the beauty of "thank you" is it's simplicity. You're giving a part of yourself and it costs nothing. You'll feel so good about yourself that you'll have more bounce to the ounce.
